Job Description
The Diamond Sales Expert at VRAI is responsible for guiding customers through their jewelry purchase, building strong relationships, and promoting sustainably created diamonds to grow the bridal jewelry business within a fast-growing, innovative brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout their purchasing journey to enhance their experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow the bridal jewelry business.
- Sell sustainably created diamonds and educate customers about product features and values.
Requirements
- Must have experience in selling diamonds and jewelry, with a strong ability to build customer relationships and create memorable experiences for customers' special milestones.
- Must be a trusted advisor in the customer journey and play an integral part in growing the bridal jewelry business at VRAI.
- Must have a passion for selling diamonds that are created sustainably and be excited to join a team to help grow the VRAI brand.
- Must be able to work onsite at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, with physical presence required.
- Must be able to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
- Must have the legal right to work in the U.S., with employment authorization verified through E-Verify and completion of Form I-9.
