Job Description
The Senior CI Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables is responsible for facilitating cross-functional process improvements, driving measurable results, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, primarily supporting growth and operational efficiency in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping, KPI development, and cross-functional workshops
- Partner with functional leaders to identify and implement process improvements that reduce risk and create business value
- Support development and rollout of SOPs, governance standards, and conduct adoption audits
- Lead governance cadences and track continuous improvement initiative results
- Mentor CI Associates and provide tools, templates, and facilitation support to teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Lean, Quality, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Collaborate with various teams to improve processes critical to company growth
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through results-oriented thinking and structured problem solving
Requirements
- Seven (7) years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence.
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvements and governance.
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting development and rollout of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance standards, and conducting adoption audits.
- Ability to facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping, KPI development, and cross-functional workshops.
- Ability to partner with functional leaders to identify and implement improvements that reduce risk and create business value.
- Experience leading governance cadences and tracking Continuous Improvement initiative results.
- Mentoring skills to guide CI Associates and provide tools, templates, and facilitation support to functions.
- Subject matter expertise in Lean, Quality, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: 130,000-145,000 base salary plus bonus
Work schedule: Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office per week
