The Senior Manager, Central Operations at Cypress Creek Renewables oversees field activities, vendor management, and operational planning for solar and storage projects across the U.S., ensuring asset performance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement within a fast-growing renewable energy organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage teams supporting field activities across the solar and storage project portfolio.
Optimize resource planning and dispatch for projects nationwide.
Develop and oversee vegetation management plans and ensure quality delivery of third-party contractors.
Support vegetation, module washing, and civil revenue opportunities through third-party operations and maintenance (O M) customers.
Lead strategic third-party vendor relationships for maintenance and operational success.
Continuously optimize costs of goods sold to enhance customer service and asset performance.
Coordinate with supply chain for spare parts optimization and availability.
Drive project take-over and release processes with EPC-M and third-party customers.
Innovate business models and service delivery to improve operational results.
Collaborate with various internal teams to develop and deploy operational strategies.
Lead teams focused on KPI execution and continuous improvement of operations.
Requirements
10 years of experience in renewable energy service businesses and or field operations.
Demonstrated experience leading teams through complex challenges.
Demonstrated understanding of Lean practices and change management.
A 4-year degree is required.
MBA or other relevant master's degree is valued.
Ability to drive organizational change.
Strong financial acumen with focus on managing costs.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, attention to detail and accountability.
Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment.
