Job Description
The Sr. Manager/Director of Structured Finance at Copia Power is responsible for leading complex renewable energy project finance transactions, structuring and executing deals to raise significant third-party capital, and supporting the company's growth in energy infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structuring and execution of complex energy project finance transactions.
- Raise billions of dollars in third-party capital annually to fund clean energy projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams including asset management, energy markets, legal, and finance.
- Support the company's growth by developing innovative financing solutions for renewable energy projects.
Requirements
- Deep experience in renewable energy project finance
- Strong financial modeling capabilities

- Exceptional analytical skills
- Experience leading complex energy project finance transactions
- Ability to structure and execute transactions that raise billions of dollars in third-party capital annually
- Collaborative mindset aligned with a people-first culture
- Ability to work closely with the Structured Finance and Portfolio Finance team members, as well as asset management, energy markets, legal, and finance teams
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field (implied by the seniority and experience required)
