Job Description

The Senior Manager, Origination at Copia Power is responsible for sourcing and executing structured gas and power transactions, including natural gas supply, wholesale electricity, and utility service deals, primarily in the Western US and Canadian markets, to support the company's renewable energy infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead structured gas and power transactions, including sourcing and executing natural gas supply, wholesale electricity, and utility service deals
Develop and maintain relationships within Western US and Canadian gas and power markets
Collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to support transaction execution and strategic objectives

Requirements

Experience in leading structured gas and power transactions, including sourcing and executing natural gas supply, wholesale electricity, and utility service special contract deals.
Experience in Western US and Canadian gas and power markets.
Ability to work closely with several teams and senior leadership across the organization in an individual contributor capacity.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
