The Manager, EPC Contracts and Document Controls is responsible for supporting contract negotiations, execution, and compliance for large-scale renewable energy projects, managing document control processes, and mitigating contractual risks to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
Support EPC contract negotiations, execution, and compliance, ensuring stakeholder communication
Manage and organize contract and exhibit revisions during negotiations
Maintain document control of internal and external project data, including transmittals, submittals, and RFIs
Manage EPC Contract Amendments through negotiation and execution
Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and project risks in collaboration with legal and project teams
Input contract compliance requirements into contract management tools and maintain a Contract Matrix
Oversee EPC work order LNTP issuances and track notices such as Force Majeure and change in law
Support project meetings and respond to contract-related questions and documentation needs
Respond to contractual RFIs using project management software
Collect and manage labor statistics and union utilization data
Assist in risk register reporting, change order tracking, and managing change order execution
Manage the conveyance and tracking of Prevailing Wage data and coordinate with auditors
Support lessons learned reviews and incorporate updates into contract templates
Organize and maintain all project documentation within document control systems
Coordinate documentation for project commissioning, start-up, and handover to operations
Track and report on KPIs related to contract management efficiency and compliance
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Contracts and document management in support of utility-scale power generation projects.
Proven experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with project management software.
Ability to work in the Salt Lake City, UT or Lake Oswego, OR office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Certification in contract management e.g., IACCM, NCMA is desirable.
