Job Description
The Associate General Counsel will support Copia Power's development and operation of large-scale renewable energy and digital infrastructure projects, overseeing legal compliance, supporting financing activities, and working closely with operations and finance teams to ensure the success of the company's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, construction, and operation of large-scale energy and digital infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with operations and corporate finance teams to support the operational portfolio.
- Promote and oversee legal compliance across projects and activities.
- Support portfolio and corporate financing activities.
- Manage and oversee the work of paralegals within the legal department.
Requirements
- Support Copia s mission to develop, construct, and operate gigawatt-scale campuses that include power and digital assets.
- Work closely with Copia s operations and corporate finance teams to support the operational portfolio.
- Promote and oversee compliance within the legal department.
- Support portfolio and corporate financing activities.
- Ensure the efficiency and success of the legal department.
- Manage the work of paralegals under the supervision of the General Counsel.
