Job Description

A technician role focused on developing, building, and supporting superconducting magnets and related technologies for fusion energy systems, with opportunities for various specialized technical positions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, build, and support superconducting magnets integral to fusion technology
  • Perform hands-on technical tasks related to the assembly, maintenance, and testing of equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful development and operation of fusion system components

Requirements

  • Experience as a technician who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
  • Ability to develop, build, and support superconducting magnets at the core of the technology.
  • Willingness to submit a general application for future consideration for roles such as Production Technician, R D Technician, Assembly Specialist, Fiber Optic Specialist, RF Technician, or Commissioning Technician.
  • Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, collectively, Export Control Laws, as a condition of employment.
