Job Description

A Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced fusion energy production environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams on second shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Implement and optimize manufacturing processes across the production line
  • Collaborate with design engineers, production staff, quality assurance, and supply chain teams

Requirements

  • The candidate must be a detail-oriented, innovative, and results-driven Manufacturing Engineer.
  • The candidate must have experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality across the production line.
  • The candidate must have the ability to collaborate closely with design engineers, production staff, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
  • The candidate must be available to work on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
  • The candidate must be willing to work onsite at Commonwealth Fusion Systems.
  • The candidate must comply with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, specifically Export Control Laws.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 including a 10 shift differential
Work schedule Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Onsite work environment
