Job Description

A Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced fusion energy company's production line, collaborating closely with various engineering and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Collaborate with design engineers, production staff, quality assurance, and supply chain teams

Requirements

  • A detail-oriented, innovative, and results-driven Manufacturing Engineer with experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality across the production line.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with design engineers, production staff, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
  • Availability to work the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
  • Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws), with employment contingent upon such compliance.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 including 10 shift differential
Work schedule Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
