Job Description
The Senior Analyst, EPC Procurement, supports the bidding, negotiation, and management of EPC contracts for wind energy projects, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project development and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of EPC procurement strategies for wind projects.
- Manage competitive RFx bidding processes and evaluate EPC bids.
- Conduct bid reviews and contractor performance assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop bid levelization models to analyze cost variances and track negotiations.
- Assist in contract negotiations, ensuring risk mitigation and policy alignment.
- Review and coordinate scope of supply and work across contracts to ensure clarity and interface management.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with EPC partners and internal teams.
- Gather market intelligence on industry trends, tariffs, and policies affecting bidding and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams to gather technical specifications and standards.
- Support project financing by providing inputs from EPC contractors and technical teams.
- Identify, develop, and implement process improvements in EPC procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, procurement and supply chain, engineering, or related field
- A minimum of two years experience with EPC contracting and negotiations
- Project management, contracting, and negotiation experience with large-scale wind development projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of contract language and negotiation
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and document control

Salary range of $82,000 to $110,000 USD depending on location, skills, experience, and education
