Job Description
The Senior Analyst, EPC Procurement, supports the bidding, negotiation, and management of EPC contracts for wind energy projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project development, vendor selection, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support competitive bid processes for EPC contracts and develop vendor award recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams to create EPC RFPs and incorporate market intelligence into bidding and contracting
- Conduct bid reviews, contractor performance assessments, and develop bid levelization analyses
- Assist in negotiations, mitigating cost and schedule risks, and ensuring alignment with company policies
- Review contract scope and interfaces to ensure completeness and clarity
- Manage relationships with EPC partners and support contract management and progress tracking
- Interface with EPC contractors to gather market intelligence and inform bidding strategies
- Develop bidding strategies, qualify bidders, and coordinate cross-functional inputs for project financing
- Support internal resolution of contract changes and maintain specifications and standards for wind projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new contract policies and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, procurement and supply chain, engineering, or related field
- A minimum of two years experience with EPC contracting and negotiations
- Project management, contracting, and negotiation experience with large-scale wind development projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of contract language and negotiation
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and document control

Salary range of $82,000 to $110,000 USD depending on location, skills, experience, and education
