Job Description
The Operations & Maintenance Procurement Manager is responsible for leading negotiations and managing contracts for operational services across renewable energy projects, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize contract value, and supporting business growth within the clean energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, negotiate, execute, and manage operational and long-term service agreement contracts
- Lead negotiations for O M contracts to maximize value and align with commercial objectives
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the primary contact for contract matters
- Monitor and manage contract performance, including renewals, extensions, and close-outs
- Support stakeholders with contract interpretation and resolve contractual issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and well-maintained contract documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes related to contract management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or procurement
- Three or more years of O M or asset management contracting experience
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business and industry, and a solid understanding of legal concepts
- Comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team
- People-management or related leadership experience
- Possesses a strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and agility to manage multiple projects with shifting timelines
- Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, logic, and reason in resolving conflicts and solving business problems
- Capable of comprehending the company’s risk appetite and ensuring contracts reflect such risk position

Salary range of $105,000 to $145,000 USD depending on location, skills, and experience
Eligible to earn an annual cash bonus based on personal and company performance
