The Human Resources Intern supports HR activities and projects, assists with reports and employee inquiries, and gains hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment during a 10-week summer program.
Key Responsibilities
Support HR Business Partner team and HR stakeholders in client-facing roles
Assist with HR activities such as preparing reports, developing metrics, and supporting HR programs and initiatives
Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR processes and policies
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all HR-related matters
Contribute to special projects and deliver a final presentation to the team and leadership
Requirements
Students pursuing their bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Ability to provide primary support with the HR Business Partner team and HR stakeholders across the business in a client facing role
Experience dealing with complex administrative tasks
Uphold standards of discretion and confidentiality as well as exercise good judgment and integrity in day-to-day decisions
Ability to communicate professionally and clearly, both verbally and in writing, with employees, managers, and HR partners
Strong ability in the MS Office Suite Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results
Final presentation to the team and leadership at the end of the internship on August 4th
