Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and HR compliance to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce strategy and organizational design
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee engagement, and corrective actions
- Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Support complex employee relations issues and collaborate with legal counsel when necessary
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructures and growth projects
- Lead or support employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform leadership decisions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field required
- 5 years of progressive HR experience supporting business units
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Proven experience coaching leaders and influencing decision-making
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the business
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, set priorities, and respond to changing demands
- Experience working with a geographically dispersed team

Salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 USD
