The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and HR compliance to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce strategy and organizational design
Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee engagement, and corrective actions
Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Support complex employee relations issues and collaborate with legal counsel when necessary
Support organizational change initiatives, including restructures and growth projects
Lead or support employee engagement and culture initiatives
Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform leadership decisions
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field required
5 years of progressive HR experience supporting business units
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships
Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
Proven experience coaching leaders and influencing decision-making
High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Excellent communication skills written and verbal with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the business
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, set priorities, and respond to changing demands
Experience working with a geographically dispersed team

Salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 USD
