Job Description
A Real Estate Attorney responsible for supporting high-value real estate transactions, land development, and infrastructure expansion through legal advice on property acquisitions, permits, zoning, leasing, and development agreements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support site acquisitions, land development, and infrastructure expansion projects
- Provide legal support for property acquisitions, due diligence, and entitlements
- Advise on land use, permitting, zoning, and title survey review
- Assist with commercial leasing, easements, and development agreements
- Coordinate with external counsel and contractors on real estate projects
- Work closely with business teams and leadership to drive projects from concept to completion
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of commercial real estate experience.
- Experience advising on high-value real estate transactions and development.
- Legal support experience for property acquisitions, site due diligence, entitlements, land use, permitting, zoning, title survey review, commercial leasing, easements, and development agreements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support site acquisitions, land development, and infrastructure expansion.
- Willingness to coordinate with external counsel and contractors as needed for each project.
- Ability to provide regular status updates and work closely with the General Counsel and leadership team throughout each project.
- Must be insurable under CleanSpark’s vehicle insurance policy, as the role may involve operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
