A Real Estate Attorney responsible for supporting high-value real estate transactions, land development, and infrastructure expansion through legal advice on property acquisitions, permits, zoning, leasing, and development agreements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support site acquisitions, land development, and infrastructure expansion projects
Provide legal support for property acquisitions, due diligence, and entitlements
Advise on land use, permitting, zoning, and title survey review
Assist with commercial leasing, easements, and development agreements
Coordinate with external counsel and contractors on real estate projects
Work closely with business teams and leadership to drive projects from concept to completion
Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years of commercial real estate experience.
Experience advising on high-value real estate transactions and development.
Legal support experience for property acquisitions, site due diligence, entitlements, land use, permitting, zoning, title survey review, commercial leasing, easements, and development agreements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support site acquisitions, land development, and infrastructure expansion.
Willingness to coordinate with external counsel and contractors as needed for each project.
Ability to provide regular status updates and work closely with the General Counsel and leadership team throughout each project.
Must be insurable under CleanSpark’s vehicle insurance policy, as the role may involve operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
