Job Description
The Business Operations Manager supports the AI Data Centers team by coordinating projects, managing operational logistics, and providing executive support to ensure the efficient development and operation of AI infrastructure projects within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Vice President of AI Data Centers and team in delivering AI infrastructure projects
- Coordinate project activities, operational logistics, and executive support
- Serve as the central point of communication between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
- Ensure smooth workflows and efficient problem-solving across projects
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Operate a company vehicle or travel between job sites as required
Requirements
- Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy, as the position may involve operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
- The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- The candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- The candidate must possess project coordination skills related to AI data center development and operations.
- The candidate must have operational logistics experience supporting high-performance, scalable, and efficient AI infrastructure projects.
- The candidate must have experience providing executive support to senior leadership, specifically supporting the Senior Vice President of AI Data Centers.
- The candidate must be capable of serving as the central point of coordination between leadership, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflows.
