Job Description
The Senior Manager at Charles River Associates will lead and perform advanced economic, financial, and strategic analyses related to transfer pricing, manage client projects, develop technical expertise, and contribute to practice development and thought leadership within a global consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, perform, and direct advanced empirical, theoretical, and strategic analyses for client deliverables
- Develop and share technical expertise to add value to projects and analyses
- Create error-free client deliverables
- Own and manage projects, including setting objectives, expectations, and delegating tasks
- Contribute to thought leadership through external networking and industry participation
- Proactively initiate and nurture client relationships
- Manage and develop project teams with integrity
- Lead practice development activities such as mentoring, training, and recruiting
- Identify and pursue potential project revenue opportunities
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Trade Policy, Business Economics, or related quantitative discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience; or a Bachelor’s or non-MBA Master’s degree in the disciplines noted above, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in accounting or financial economic analysis.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in consulting preferred.
- CPA or CFA certification preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of finance, accounting, and economic methodologies.
- Command of a broad range of research and quantitative analysis skills including strong Excel skills.
- Curious and analytic thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated high level of initiative and leadership.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.

Salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 with potential bonus incentive compensation
