A Senior Associate at CRA's Life Sciences policy team, responsible for delivering analytical insights, managing project workstreams, and supporting client engagement and business development in the healthcare and life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead analytical tasks related to life sciences policy
Provide guidance to junior team members on research and analysis
Review and synthesize analytical outputs to ensure quality
Lead internal discussions to derive insights and integrate findings
Draft and review reports and presentations for clients
Communicate project developments and results to client representatives
Contribute to business development through proposals and opportunity identification
Support external visibility efforts via thought leadership and sector outreach
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree relevant to consulting in life sciences policy, such as health policy, economics, health economics, public health, business, or life sciences.
Previous consulting experience in life sciences, health policy, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Life Sciences policy issues.
Deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative analytical methods, with the ability to review, interpret, and synthesise complex analysis.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in business English; additional language skills are preferred.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ownership for delivering high-quality work on time.
Willingness and ability to travel to client locations when necessary, with some travel required.
Ability to manage and lead analytical tasks, provide direction to junior team members, review analytical outputs, and ensure quality control.
Experience in designing and leading analytical tasks and contributing to the development of analytical frameworks.
Experience in drafting and quality-reviewing reports or presentations.
Ability to interface directly with client representatives to communicate developments, present results, and support day-to-day client engagement.
Ability to contribute to business development efforts, including drafting client proposals and supporting new project opportunities.
Strong advisory and project management skills, with increasing responsibility for execution, coordination, and client interaction.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and analyse issues, perform or direct a wide variety of analytical tasks, and manage workstreams on larger, more complex projects.
