Job Description
This role involves providing economic and statistical analysis expertise to support litigation and employment-related projects, managing client relationships, leading research initiatives, and contributing to practice development within a global consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, perform, and direct advanced empirical, theoretical, and strategic analyses.
- Develop and share technical expertise to add value to projects.
- Create accurate client deliverables integrating insights.
- Manage projects by communicating objectives, delegating work, and overseeing progress.
- Contribute to industry thought leadership through networking and participation in trade groups.
- Proactively initiate and grow client relationships.
- Manage and develop teams with leadership, mentoring, and training.
- Identify and secure project revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- PhD in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Economics, Engineering or related quantitative discipline, with 5-10 years of relevant work experience, OR a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in these fields with 8-11 years of relevant work experience in economic analysis consulting experience preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of statistical methods, regression analysis, and economic methodologies.
- Command of a broad range of research and quantitative analysis skills including strong computer programming and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in STATA is a plus.
- Curious and analytic thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated high level of initiative and leadership.
- Strong team development and collaboration capabilities.

Salary range of $175,000 - $250,000 with potential bonus incentive compensation
