This role involves providing economic and statistical analysis expertise to support litigation and employment-related projects, managing client relationships, leading research initiatives, and contributing to practice development within a global consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
Design, perform, and direct advanced empirical, theoretical, and strategic analyses.
Develop and share technical expertise to add value to projects.
Create accurate client deliverables integrating insights.
Manage projects by communicating objectives, delegating work, and overseeing progress.
Contribute to industry thought leadership through networking and participation in trade groups.
Proactively initiate and grow client relationships.
Manage and develop teams with leadership, mentoring, and training.
Identify and secure project revenue opportunities.
Requirements
PhD in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Economics, Engineering or related quantitative discipline, with 5-10 years of relevant work experience, OR a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in these fields with 8-11 years of relevant work experience in economic analysis consulting experience preferred.
Solid working knowledge of statistical methods, regression analysis, and economic methodologies.
Command of a broad range of research and quantitative analysis skills including strong computer programming and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in STATA is a plus.

Salary range of $175,000 - $250,000 with potential bonus incentive compensation
