The Human Capital Assistant at Charles River Associates supports recruiting operations, manages interview scheduling, coordinates onboarding and training logistics, and contributes to talent acquisition projects to ensure a smooth candidate and new hire experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruiting operations by scheduling interviews and managing logistics
Post job openings and coordinate internal recruitment communications
Track recruiting metrics using Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
Respond to routine recruiting inquiries from candidates, managers, and vendors
Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects such as campus recruiting and outreach initiatives
Initiate, track, and audit background checks for new hires globally
Coordinate onboarding schedules, manager assignments, and start dates
Work with IT and Marketing to support training, onboarding, and distribution of new hire gifts
Provide on-site support for training programs
Reconcile purchasing card charges related to recruitment activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of at least 4 years in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in a professional services firm; campus recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
Intermediate skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
Demonstrated track record of productivity, able to advance tasks with diplomacy and tact, and a willingness to take ownership of work.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to find creative solutions without getting flustered, and willing to dig for an answer.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a focused ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight turnarounds and across multiple time zones.
Good judgment, aware of confidentiality expectations, and discretion with sensitive information.
