CRA’s Forensic Services practice supports companies’ commitment to integrity by assisting them and their counsel in independently responding to allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, and non-compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of strategic alliance partner relationships.
Schedule and coordinate recurring meetings with internal stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with alliance partners to strengthen relationships.
Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, webinars, conferences, and other marketing activities.
Track partner-generated opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist with developing business development plans for strategic markets.
Maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and partnership metrics.
Research prospective alliance partners, market trends, and emerging technologies.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new alliance partners.
Collaborate with business development team to maximize success with clients, partnerships and potential markets.
Represent the practice during partner meetings and industry events when appropriate.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related discipline.
Approximately 2–5 years of experience in business development, account management, marketing, consulting, or relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to build professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
Interest or experience in cybersecurity, digital forensics, eDiscovery, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
Comfortable communicating with senior leaders and external partners.
Naturally curious and proactive in identifying opportunities.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
