This role involves providing economic and financial analysis related to intellectual property issues, including dispute resolution, valuations, and strategic decision-making, while managing projects, delivering client reports, and contributing to team development within a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage assigned projects, supervising team members and ensuring timely delivery
Serve as the primary client contact and assist in presenting conclusions and recommendations
Create and develop client deliverables, including expert reports and analyses
Conceptualize issues, design complex financial models, and oversee data analysis
Direct project team members on scope, deliverables, and deadlines
Summarize key issues from document reviews and data analysis
Provide strategic insights regarding project scope, budget, and staffing
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of analyses and opinions
Lead and participate in recruiting, professional development, and practice initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related analytic discipline; an advanced degree is desirable.
CFA or CPA professional certification is beneficial, but not required.
7-10 years of finance, accounting, or economic work experience; prior consulting or financial services experience is preferred.
Proven project management skills.
