Job Description
A Senior Training Specialist at Celonis is responsible for delivering hands-on process mining training to partners and customers in the EMEA North region, developing innovative enablement approaches, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the training program and generate value through effective knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead live enablement workshops
- Develop and deliver customized enablement journeys
- Consult with partners and customers on using the Celonis Platform to generate value
- Create and deliver engaging training content and materials
- Assess and improve training quality and impact through feedback and quality assurance programs
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand their enablement needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted training sessions
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating and delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Technical training experience with the ability to become an expert in Celonis Process Mining Technology.
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: German, French, or Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and concepts.
- Experience evaluating complex data and working with intricate processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
