Job Description
An internship role within Celonis's Professional Services department, focusing on developing data-driven solutions, analyzing business processes, and gaining hands-on experience with process mining and AI technologies to support client projects and internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sessions with experienced consultants to discuss projects and improve practices
- Participate in team meetings and workshops, contributing to decision-making
- Manage time and tasks effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Gather, organize, and ensure accuracy of data from various sources for analysis
- Perform exploratory data analysis using Celonis and other tools to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track project success and provide data-driven recommendations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate rising senior or masters program at the time of internship Summer 2026 in the fields of Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable program
- Know-how in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
- Interest in working with customers and excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in programming, working with databases and ETL
- Knowledge in SQL or related database query languages
- Demonstrate initiative, work independently and think outside of the box
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Available for a full-time 40-hour week internship from June 1st to August 7th
- Must be based in Raleigh for the duration of the internship
- Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role
