A strategic sales role focused on engaging with German public sector organizations to promote Celonis' process intelligence solutions, building long-term relationships and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate Celonis public sector value proposition through presentations and proposals
Own and achieve annual sales targets within assigned accounts
Build and maintain relationships with public sector clients at federal and state levels
Engage with partners such as consulting firms and technology vendors
Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams across various functions
Requirements
Deep understanding of the German public sector at federal and or state level, supported by an established professional network
Strong background in sales and or management consulting
Highly ambitious, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
Strong ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and engage with them across complex organizations
Experience managing complex, long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Ability to navigate direct and matrix organizational structures
Demonstrated success in working with or through partners, especially consulting firms and enterprise technology providers
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German fluent and English
Self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment, approaching challenges with adaptability, creativity, and a growth mindset
