Job Description
A strategic sales role focused on building relationships and driving sales within the German public sector, contributing to digital transformation initiatives using Celonis' Process Intelligence technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the Celonis public sector value proposition through presentations and proposals
- Own and manage annual sales targets within assigned accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with public sector clients at federal and state levels
- Engage with partners such as consulting firms and technology vendors to support sales efforts
- Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams across various functions
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the German public sector at federal and or state level, supported by an established professional network
- Strong background in sales and or management consulting
- Highly ambitious, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and engage with them across complex organizations
- Experience managing complex, long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to navigate direct and matrix organizational structures
- Demonstrated success in working with or through partners especially consulting firms and enterprise technology providers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German fluent and English
- Self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment, approaching challenges with adaptability, creativity, and a growth mindset
