Job Description
The role involves managing strategic enterprise accounts within the Manufacturing industry, driving revenue growth through solution sales, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver business value using Celonis Process Intelligence technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Manufacturing sector.
- Engage with C-level executives and cross-line-of-business stakeholders to promote Celonis solutions.
- Represent the full suite of Celonis products and services to clients.
- Achieve revenue targets by closing six-figure deals within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive business value realization.
Requirements
- Experience selling enterprise software at C-level (CIO, CFO, CPO, COO) within the Manufacturing industry
- Native Japanese language proficiency
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience working with Partners, such as Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech companies
- Experience engaging with cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below
- Ability to represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sustainability, and Opportunity Management
- Experience in SaaS or software sales with value selling approaches
- Ability to build enterprise customer accounts and deliver against revenue targets
- Experience managing individual revenue targets for closing six-figure deals within assigned accounts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers pre-sales, customer success managers, professional services, and implementation partners
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach to work
- Willingness to leverage internal resources and work as part of a team
