Job Description

The Strategic Account Executive for Manufacturing at Celonis is responsible for developing and managing enterprise customer accounts, driving revenue through complex sales cycles, and building strong relationships with clients and partners within the manufacturing industry to promote Celonis' Process Intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Manufacturing sector.
  • Engage with C-level executives and cross-line-of-business stakeholders to promote Celonis solutions.
  • Represent the full suite of Celonis products and solutions to clients.
  • Achieve revenue targets by closing six-figure deals within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and customer success.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese language proficiency
  • Experience selling enterprise software at C-level (CIO, CFO, CPO, COO) within the Manufacturing industry
  • SaaS or software sales experience with value selling methodologies
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience working with Partners, such as Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech companies
  • Demonstrated success in building enterprise customer accounts and delivering against sales targets
  • Experience engaging cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below
  • Ability to represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sustainability, and Opportunity Management
  • Hold an individual revenue target for closing six-figure deals within assigned accounts
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders spanning direct and indirect sales, value engineering, business development, services functions, and virtual team members including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers, pre-sales, customer success managers, professional services, and implementation partners
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach, embracing diversity
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work effectively as part of a team
