Job Description

The role involves managing and expanding relationships with large banking and insurance clients in Germany and Austria, driving AI-enabled process intelligence sales, and closing strategic, high-value deals through consultative, cross-functional engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the Insurance industry, focusing on land-and-expand strategies.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across various lines of business to understand their needs and drive sales.
  • Drive Celonis Process Intelligence sales motions across the enterprise value chain with industry-specific use cases.
  • Translate business challenges into AI-enabled use cases that demonstrate measurable value.
  • Achieve individual revenue targets by closing six- to seven-figure deals within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with partners, including consulting firms and SaaS vendors, to support sales efforts.
  • Lead complex sales cycles by coordinating virtual teams such as business development, marketing, sales engineering, and customer success.

Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant experience, ideally spanning both Management Consulting and SaaS sales, or a proven track record of success and career progression in either domain
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of processes and KPIs within the Insurance industry
  • Solid understanding of the Insurance industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
  • Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity, and to have strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
