Job Description
A Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing and building user-friendly, high-performance applications for Celonis' Process Platform, focusing on process mining and data insights to help businesses optimize their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver user-facing features for the Celonis Process Platform
- Drive the technical vision and strategy for the product area
- Lead the development of complex, critical components
- Improve application performance, especially for big data
- Participate in product discussions to shape roadmaps and ensure technical feasibility
- Conduct design reviews, set high coding standards, and enhance developer experience
- Mentor team members and foster an inclusive engineering culture
- Build features to enable automatic insights and semantic understanding of business processes
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop modeling suggestions and automate data tagging
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of product development experience with a strong track record of technical leadership
- Deep experience in architecting complex, distributed systems with large-scale data performance challenges
- Proven success in consistently delivering high-quality output and elevating the performance and quality standards of the broader team
- Ability to take vague product requirements and turn them into concrete, executable technical roadmaps
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to gather alignment among diverse stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
