Job Description
A Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing and building user-friendly, high-performance applications on the Celonis Process Platform, focusing on process mining, data insights, and scalable solutions to improve business processes globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build new, simplified frontends for the Celonis Process Platform
- Develop and deliver complex, critical-path components to enhance platform functionality
- Drive application performance improvements for large-scale data processing
- Define and execute the technical vision and strategy for the product area
- Contribute to product discussions to shape roadmaps and ensure technical feasibility
- Mentor team members and promote a culture of technical excellence and inclusion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of product development experience with a strong track record of technical leadership
- Deep experience in architecting complex, distributed systems with large-scale data performance challenges
- Proven success in consistently delivering high-quality output and elevating the performance and quality standards of the broader team
- Ability to take vague product requirements and turn them into concrete, executable technical roadmaps
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to gather alignment among diverse stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
