Chief of Staff - Engineering

We are seeking a talented Chief of Staff for our Engineering department and to be based in Bangalore reporting to the Senior Vice president of the function

• Experience: 5+ years in engineering program management, technical operations, management consulting, or software engineering management.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to translate technical details for executive stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including empathy and tact.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and process improvements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability and motivation to quickly understand and assess various requirements and solve unique problems across business domains
