Job Description
The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to public sector clients, driving process improvements and value realization through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, and supporting customer adoption, expansion, and strategic transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
- Build demos and business cases to demonstrate value and support customer acquisition
- Conduct Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value Projects to communicate strategic value to C-Level executives
- Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify process improvement opportunities
- Derive and initiate process improvement measures and enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including adoption, expansion, and renewal of the platform
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis Platform as a business transformation tool
- Provide feedback to product development teams for platform and app enhancements
Requirements
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience following completion of a Master’s degree, with experience in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and/or software deployment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or in an Inhouse role such as within a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English, with experience in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders.
- Sales acumen, sovereign, and winning appearance.
- Good understanding of Databases and the challenges of fragmented and custom legacy source systems.
- Practical experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Deep understanding of the challenges to operate within the EU AI Regulations.
- Experience with implementing AI agents such as IBM Watson Orchestrate, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, RPA, or BI Tools, or building Dashboards or Apps Action Flows (considered a plus).
- Passion for experimenting with technology and creating new models to address new use cases and realize value.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
- Good understanding of processes in the Public Sector, including federal or state ministries, agencies, and semi-public structures such as statutory health insurers.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities in the Public Sector.
- Degree in Industrial Business Engineering, Technology and/or Management, Political Sciences, Informatics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- Security certification such as SÜ2 (considered a nice-to-have).
