Job Description
A Senior Management Consultant Value Engineer at Celonis is responsible for driving data-driven business transformation by identifying, demonstrating, and scaling value from the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform for customers, working closely with sales teams, stakeholders, and industry experts to deliver measurable process improvements and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
- Build demos and business cases to support customer acquisition
- Conduct Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value Projects to demonstrate strategic value
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify process improvement opportunities
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis Platform as a transformation tool
- Provide feedback to product teams for platform and application enhancements
Requirements
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience following completion of a Master’s degree.
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and/or respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or in an Inhouse role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
- Good understanding of industry-specific business processes and/or strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities in the Energy Utilities Industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English, with experience in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders.
- Sales acumen, sovereign and winning appearance.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), and experience with implementing AI agents such as IBM Watson Orchestrate, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, RPA, BI Tools, or building Dashboards or Apps Action Flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Passion for experimenting with technology and creating new models to address new use cases and realize value.
- Degree in Industrial Business Engineering, Technology and/or Management, Informatics, Mathematics, or similar.
