Job Description
The role involves leading the deployment and integration of containerized solutions on Kubernetes for enterprise clients, acting as a technical liaison to ensure successful implementation, user adoption, and platform optimization within complex customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of containerized solutions within enterprise customer environments
- Analyze customer architecture and recommend optimal containerized solutions for deployment
- Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis platform using APIs
- Remove technical obstacles to maximize user adoption and clarify technical risks
- Guide customers on authentication, user management, and provisioning best practices
- Manage technical discussions and expectations during deployment and integration processes
- Collaborate with product development to promote platform reusability and enhancements
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3 years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge with at least one specific Kubernetes distribution such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, RedHat OpenShift, etc.
- Good understanding of best practices in deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient containerized applications on Kubernetes, ensuring efficient resource utilization and operational stability.
- Proven experience implementing infrastructure as code (IaC), e.g., with Terraform.
- Experience with Helm or Kustomize.
- Fluency with additional tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, etc.
- Experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience working with modern tech stack methods like REST and SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion Streaming Kafka or similar, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes for large volumes of data (preferred).
- Knowledge of security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
- Solid experience with project management and proven customer-centric experience working with customers.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and German.
- A solution-oriented professional who enjoys deep technical discussions and can transfer technical knowledge into understandable terms.
