Job Description
The role involves leading the deployment and integration of containerized solutions within enterprise customer environments, serving as a technical liaison to ensure successful implementation, user adoption, and platform optimization of Celonis Process Intelligence technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of containerized solutions within enterprise customer environments.
- Translate customer technical requirements to ensure successful deployment and integration.
- Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis platform using APIs.
- Remove technical obstacles to maximize user adoption, including managing authentication and user access.
- Analyze customer architecture, recommend containerized solutions, and facilitate deployment.
- Guide customers on identity and access management best practices such as SSO and LDAP.
- Collaborate with product development to promote platform reusability and enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3 years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge with at least one specific Kubernetes distribution such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, RedHat OpenShift, etc.
- Good understanding of best practices in deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient containerized applications on Kubernetes, ensuring efficient resource utilization and operational stability.
- Proven experience implementing infrastructure as code (IaC), e.g., with Terraform.
- Helm or Kustomize experience is strongly preferred.
- Fluency with additional tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, etc., is a plus.
- Experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Experience working with modern tech stack methods like REST and SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion Streaming Kafka or similar, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Agile methodologies.
- Experience in industry working with Python, SQL, data pipelines, ETL processes for large volumes of data is a plus.
- Knowledgeable about security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
- Solid experience with project management and proven customer-centric experience working with customers.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and German.
