Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis leads project teams to implement process mining solutions, leveraging data analysis, AI, and machine learning to optimize business processes across various functions, driving digital transformation and delivering measurable value for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology to deliver high-quality solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses and operational applications, incorporating AI and Machine Learning algorithms
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and suggest improvement strategies
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present key KPIs and improvement areas to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- More than 4-5 years experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Hands-on experience applying AI and Machine Learning techniques to solve business challenges is a plus
- Native Japanese language skills and strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Python and SQL or other programming languages such as R or Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- General understanding of companies' business processes and related financial metrics, with willingness to learn in this area
- Knowledge of standard ERPs such as SAP and related business processes like Order to Cash and Procure to Pay is a plus
- Enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Very dedicated and visionary, with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Business acumen supporting the ability to understand client needs, identify value drivers, and deliver strategic, impact-driven recommendations
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
