Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis leads data-driven process improvement projects by implementing Celonis Process Mining technology, analyzing business processes using SQL and AI/ML techniques, and helping clients optimize their operations across various functions to drive digital transformation and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of Celonis technology to deliver high-quality solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to develop data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses, operational apps, and AI/ML algorithms to enhance process transparency and automation
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and recommend improvement strategies
- Quantify business and financial impact, and present key KPIs and improvement opportunities to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for process improvements
- Conduct workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process optimization
- Establish the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- More than 4-5 years experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Hands-on experience applying AI and Machine Learning techniques to solve business challenges is a plus
- Native Japanese language skills and strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Python and SQL or other programming languages such as R or Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- General understanding of companies' business processes and related financial metrics, with willingness to learn in this area
- Knowledge of standard ERPs such as SAP and related business processes like Order to Cash and Procure to Pay is a plus
- Enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Business acumen supporting the ability to understand client needs, identify value drivers, and deliver strategic, impact-driven recommendations
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
