Job Description
The role involves leading end-to-end implementations of Celonis Process Intelligence technology for strategic customers, managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex transformational customer programs from planning to delivery
- Manage project timelines, scope, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, technical teams, and senior executives to ensure successful implementation
- Act as primary point of contact for product feature requests and escalation of support issues
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal teams and customers
- Maintain and update project plans and documentation to support project execution and reporting
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to minimize impact on project success
- Provide guidance and mentorship to implementation teams and partner resources
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Celonis Services methodologies and best practices
Requirements
- 5 years Client-facing Project Management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong domain expertise and proven project delivery experience within the Financial Services Industry (FSI), including banking, insurance, or capital markets.
- Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk issue action logs, and driving problem resolution in partnership with customers and Celonis executives.
- Strong communication skills and a background in consulting with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and project timelines.
- Experience in people managing consulting teams both onshore and offshore.
- Experience in positioning Services, writing proposals and statements of work within a complete ecosystem of customers and partners.
- A history of working with an ecosystem of partners and managed co-delivery.
- Ability to effectively set and manage customer expectations.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Ability and willingness to be certified in Celonis products.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Safe Agile.

Base salary range: 141,000 - 166,000 USD (location-based)
