Job Description

A Senior Pre-Sales Consultant and Value Engineer at Celonis is responsible for driving data-driven business transformation by designing solutions, demonstrating value, and building strong customer relationships to promote adoption of the Process Intelligence Platform in the Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
  • Build demos and business cases to support customer acquisition
  • Conduct Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value Projects to demonstrate platform benefits
  • Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
  • Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including adoption, expansion, and renewal
  • Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis platform as a core business transformation tool
  • Provide feedback to product development teams for platform and application enhancements

Requirements

  • Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and/or respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering role supporting customers in the MENA region.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders, and sales acumen with a sovereign and winning appearance.
  • Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), with experience implementing AI agents, RPA, BI Tools, or building Dashboards or Apps Action Flows, and knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
  • Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement, deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
  • Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
  • Good understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain function and/or strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
  • Degree in Physics, Industrial Business Engineering, Technology and/or Management, Informatics, Mathematics, or similar.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
