Job Description
A Senior Management Consultant at Celonis drives data-driven business transformation by identifying value opportunities, building use cases, and guiding clients through process improvements and platform adoption to achieve measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
- Build demos and business cases to support customer acquisition
- Conduct Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value Projects to demonstrate value and strategic roadmaps
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify process improvement opportunities
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis platform as a core business transformation tool
- Provide feedback to product development teams for platform and application enhancements
Requirements
- 4 - 7 years of relevant work experience following completion of a Master’s degree.
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and or respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or in an Inhouse role e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
- Good understanding of the Finance and or Supply Chain function and or strategic transformation initiatives e.g. Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities in the Chemical Industry.
- Proficiency in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders, with excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English.
- Experience with Business Software SaaS applications e.g. SAP, and experience with implementing AI agents such as IBM Watson Orchestrate, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, RPA, BI Tools, or building Dashboards or Apps Action Flows.
- Knowledge of Python and or SQL.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Passion for experimenting with technology and creating new models to address new use cases and realize value.
- Good knowledge of Data, AI, Analytics, Applications IT.
- Stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and C-Level executives.
