Job Description
A Senior Management Consultant at Celonis drives data-driven business transformation by working closely with customers to identify value opportunities, develop use cases, and facilitate process improvements using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. The role involves stakeholder management, project execution, and supporting platform adoption across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
- Build demos and business cases to support customer acquisition
- Conduct Value Assessments and communicate strategic value to C-Level executives
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify process improvement opportunities
- Derive and initiate process improvement measures and enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Present results and realized value to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis Platform as a transformation tool
- Provide feedback to product teams for platform and application enhancements
Requirements
- 4 - 7 years of relevant work experience following completion of a Master’s degree.
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and or respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or in an Inhouse role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German fluent and English.
- Experience in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders.
- Sales acumen, sovereign and winning appearance.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications e.g. SAP, experience with implementing AI agents such as IBM Watson Orchestrate, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, RPA, BI Tools, or building Dashboards or Apps Action Flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
- Good understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain function and/or strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities in one or several industries.
