Job Description
A Full Stack Engineer at Celonis is responsible for designing and developing user-friendly, scalable features for the Process Mining platform, working with technologies like Angular, TypeScript, and Java Spring Boot to enhance data insights and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features in Angular TypeScript
- Develop servers using Java Spring Boot
- Lead projects with frontend technologies and architectures
- Improve application performance for big data
- Contribute to core architecture and components
- Build, launch, and maintain features in production
- Collaborate in product discussions and roadmap shaping
- Mentor teammates and promote a positive engineering culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of product development experience
- Experience leading cross-team engineering projects
- Experience working closely with product and other stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in designing and implementing large, complex new features in Angular TypeScript
- Experience developing servers using Java Spring Boot
- Experience recognizing and taking action to improve the developer work environment using tools such as Nx, Jest, OpenAPI, Docker, shell, etc.
- Experience building, launching, and maintaining features in production
- Experience contributing to and extending core architecture and components
- Experience driving application performance improvements for big data
- Experience mentoring and growing teammates
- Experience writing clean, understandable, and testable code
- Experience providing feedback on designs and code of peers
- Experience participating in product discussions and shaping the roadmap
- Experience helping define a fun and inclusive engineering culture
