Job Description
The Senior Services Consultant at Celonis is responsible for leading and executing process mining implementations, analyzing business processes, developing data-driven insights, and leveraging advanced Celonis features to drive digital transformation and process improvements for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Celonis implementation projects tailored to customer needs
- Design analyses and execution apps incorporating Machine Learning and Task Mining
- Leverage Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Facilitate value creation workshops and align measures for process improvement
- Implement Celonis Process Automation to streamline processes and improve conformance
- Monitor KPIs to measure customer success and support continuous process improvement
Requirements
- 4-7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab
- A strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
