Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis is responsible for implementing process mining solutions, analyzing manufacturing and business processes using SQL and AI tools, and driving digital transformation for clients across various industries to maximize operational efficiency and value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses and operational apps, incorporating AI and Machine Learning
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
- Quantify business and financial impacts of process improvements and present findings
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvement
- Develop the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, or Process Improvement, with a strong preference for experience in the manufacturing, process, or chemical industries.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner.
- Strong business acumen, specifically in understanding the operational challenges and value drivers within production and manufacturing environments.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
