Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis is responsible for leading process optimization projects using Celonis' process mining and AI technologies, analyzing business processes across industries, developing data models with SQL, and delivering data-driven insights to help clients improve efficiency and automate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis solutions to optimize customer processes
- Analyze and optimize processes such as Finance, Procurement, O2C, R2R, Claims, and Case Handling
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses and operational apps, incorporating AI and Machine Learning algorithms
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes through data analysis and recommend improvements
- Quantify business and financial impact, and present KPIs and improvement areas to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting, management consulting, process improvement, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL or another programming language such as Python, R, or Matlab.
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes such as Finance, Procurement, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Claims Management, and Case Handling.
- Ability to transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis.
- Experience in designing and implementing analyses and operational applications, including enriching them with AI or Machine Learning algorithms.
- Experience in analyzing data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and in quantifying business and financial potential.
- Ability to develop and present KPIs and improvement areas to management.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience conducting value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements.
- Ability to set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Educational background with a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
