Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis is responsible for leading the implementation of process mining solutions, analyzing business data using SQL and AI/ML techniques, and driving digital transformation for customers across various business processes to maximize value and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses and operational apps, incorporating AI and Machine Learning algorithms
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present KPIs and improvement areas to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements
- Establish the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting, management consulting, process improvement, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to engage with customers and interpret complex business processes.
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience applying AI and Machine Learning techniques to solve business challenges is a plus.
