Job Description
The role involves supporting customers in leveraging Celonis' Process Mining technology to identify business challenges, demonstrate value through data analysis and process improvements, and drive adoption and expansion of the platform, all while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to enable digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and develop solutions using Celonis platform
- Build demos and business cases to demonstrate value and support customer acquisition
- Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value projects to quantify benefits of Celonis solutions
- Facilitate workshops to identify process improvement opportunities and initiate change initiatives
- Develop strategic expansion plans to embed Celonis as a core business transformation platform
- Provide feedback to product teams to enhance platform capabilities based on customer use cases
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or alternatively in an In-house role such as Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- Hands-on SQL experience and Python is preferred.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across accounts at different parts of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
