The Managing Director of India Operations is responsible for leading and scaling the company's product and engineering teams in India, driving innovation, ensuring compliance, and overseeing operational, talent, and financial aspects to align with global strategy.

Requirements
- Experience in leading and managing India operations of a company, with a focus on building and scaling high-performance product and engineering teams
- Proven ability to drive innovation within an organization
- Strong understanding of governance and regulatory compliance requirements in India
- Experience in aligning local product development capabilities with a global product strategy
- Full responsibility for operational oversight, talent strategy, regulatory compliance, and financial performance of the Indian entity
- Experience in product-centric leadership roles
- Ability to report to and collaborate with senior leadership, specifically the Global Sr. VP-Engineering
