Job Description
A Senior AI Solutions Engineer AI Deployment Architect at Celonis is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling innovative AI solutions for customers, focusing on process intelligence and automation to improve business operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing scalable AI use cases, and supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy, and scale AI solutions using the Process Intelligence platform
- Prototype, develop, deploy, and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Identify and package scalable AI use cases across the platform to drive innovation and expand offerings
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Business Apps Teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback
- Train internal teams on positioning and deploying AI solutions
- Design and architect end-to-end deployments encompassing AI and process automation
Requirements
- 5 years experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and or respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or in an Inhouse role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable easily extensible solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.
